That’s who I hung out with this evening–two of the most fun ladies in town! Big sister said she was going to be Wonder Woman for Halloween and baby sister (if I heard her correctly) a tulip fairy. I love it! These beautiful young ladies were a delight. Thank you, Mom, for the opportunity to capture their gorgeous faces!

This evening I hung out with a lovely, sassy, smart little girl. She has tons of spunk & personality. She seemed to be a pro at having her photographs taken–quite the little model. Whatever Mom is doing, she needs to keep doing it because this young lady is destined to grow into a strong, confident, successful woman. Girl Power!!!

As you know, my passion and specialty are photographing children. However, I had a friend ask me if I’d do some maternity shots for her. Since I’ve contemplated the idea of possibly doing maternity in the future, I agreed.
I went into the shoot thinking about how as women we tend to emphasize our imperfections and overlook our God-given beauty. But how can you deny the beauty of a pregnant woman–the glow that radiates from her carrying life in her womb. A pregnant woman is a miracle that deserves celebration!
This gorgeous mommy-to-be will be giving birth for the fourth time! Can you even believe it? Amazing, huh?!? Tonight, I applaud & celebrate you, Mama! YOU ARE Superwoman.

The holidays remind us to count our blessings. But I say that when you’re a parent, you should count your blessings everyday. Whenever you’re having a bad day, stop and look into the eyes of the little miracles that have been entrusted unto you. Slow down, reflect, and count your blessings.
Check out these little ones that have blessed their parents’ lives. Looking at them you can see pure innocence & joy. I love it. Thanks for blessing me with your smiles, Little Ones!
