A True Glimpse of Soul Experience (Birth Photography, Houston, Katy, TX)

Last Thursday, I had the privilege of photographing a true Glimpse of Soul–I witnessed the birth of a beautiful baby girl.  I can’t even begin to tell you how amazing an experience it was to see a baby being born.  I have three children of my own, but to be on the outside and take everything in was beyond any words I can think of to explain.  I hope some of the images from that day can give you a hint of what I got to see.

Peace, Love, Joy & Abundance!

Momtrepreneur: Personalized to Perfection

I have a passion for featuring Momtrepreneurs.  I believe being a mother is the toughest job out there but add to that being a Momtrepreneur and you have Super Mom on your hands.  It takes commitment, devotion, and incredible skill to be able to manage both.  I’m so proud of the Momtrepreneurs I get to feature monthly.  I feature them in the hopes that you find their stories moving and motivate you to pursue your dreams–whatever those dreams may be.

This month, I met and interviewed Tiffany Yould of Personalized to Perfection.  Her determination to become a stay-at-home mother is what sparked her creativity and led her to discover a talent she didn’t even know she had.  Tiffany is the mother of a beautiful 7-month old baby girl.  It was her daughter that sparked the fire in her to become a Momtrepreneur.

I met with Tiffany earlier in the week and asked her about her company, the challenges of motherhood, and how she is making it all work.  Personalized to Perfection sells personalized goods such as burp cloths, bibs, blankets, baby/children’s apparel.  When I asked Tiffany what motivated her to start her company, she went onto to say, “Having to go back to corporate America after having my little girl was one of the hardest things I have ever had to do.  I decided that this was something that I really enjoyed doing and my ultimate goal is to be able to stay at home with my baby one day soon.”  This Super Mom still works a full-time job during the day and yet manages to find time to do her embroidery & sewing in the evenings when her daughter is fast asleep.  With the support of her husband who helped her raise the capital to start her company, she is well on her way to being that full-time work-at-home mom that she longs to be. When I asked her to give other aspiring Momtrepreneurs a bit of advice she said, “Have fun and don’t be afraid to take a risk!“  Words of wisdom, if you ask me.

You can see some of Tiffany’s wonderful products below along with her most beautiful “creation” of all.  To see more of her items visit her website www.personalizedtoperfection.com and place your order.

Keep up the great work, Tiffany!
